Staking out and installation of mounting structures for PV modules using a proprietary system for automated pile driver navigation with post-driving control

Project description:
IDE Projekt sp. z o.o. is conducting an innovative research and development project aimed at developing and implementing an autopilot system for automatic navigation of a pile driver with post-driving control. This technology will enable precise, rapid and automated preparation of mounting structures for photovoltaic installations. The project addresses the growing needs of the renewable energy industry for efficient and modern installation solutions.
The scope of work comprises, among other things, assembling a research team, purchasing specialist equipment (including a pile driver and measuring instruments), developing an in-house control algorithm and carrying out experimental development work. The key objective of this project is to increase the precision of post driving while lowering both the completion time and project costs through process automation.
This project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund, under the project entitled Research and Implementation Fund 3.0, implemented under Priority 1. European Funds for increasing the innovation and competitiveness of the region, Measure 1.1 Strengthening research and innovation potential, as parts of the European Funds for Kujawy and Pomerania for 2021-2027 program.
Target group:
Investors and contractors in the renewable energy industry.
Project effects:
- Improved efficiency of a post-driving process
- Reduced labour requirements
- Reduced investment costs and shorter completion time
- Increased precision and quality
