INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY IDE PROJEKT SP. Z O.O.

  1. WHO IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
    The Administrator of your personal data (hereafter “Data”) processed for the purposes of running our business activity is IDE Projekt sp. z o.o., with its office in Toruń at Polna 66, Toruń 87-100, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the Regional Court in Toruń, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS number: 0000645413, NIP: 8792687487, REGON: 365793029, with the share capital amounting to PLN 5,000.00, hereafter referred to as the Administrator or IDE Projekt sp. z o.o.
    IDE Projekt sp. z o.o. is part of the ONDE Corporate Group.
    The data is processed in compliance with binding regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    Data means all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. The identifiable natural person is an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified, particularly with the use of such identifiers as full name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or a single parameter or a set of distinctive parameters describing the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of a natural person.
  2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA? IDE Projekt sp. z o.o. uses best efforts to protect the interests of persons whom the collected Data concerns and ensures that the Data collected is:
    1. processed legally and thoroughly, in a way that is transparent to a person whom the collected Data concerns;
    2. collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and is not subject to further processing in a manner which is contrary to those purposes;
    3. adequate, appropriate, and limited only to the purposes of Data processing;
    4. correct and updated if necessary;
    5. stored in a form which allows to identify a person whom the collected Data concerns for the duration not exceeding the time necessary for the purposes of Data processing;
    6. processed in a manner ensuring proper safety of the Data, including its protection against unlawful or unauthorised processing, as well as against losing, destroying, or damaging, with the use of appropriate technical or organisational measures.
  3. WHEN DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
    Your Data is processed in multiple situations. They include instances when you provide your Data personally via various communication channels (e.g., by submitting your application or request/offer by e-mail or phone), or when you cooperate with us, at the moment of signing or performing an agreement. We can also obtain your Data from other sources (e.g., from a company with whom you cooperate and which is our client/counterparty).

  4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF BUSINESS RELATIONS AND CONTACT. Which Data is processed for the purposes of business relations and contact? As the Administrator, we process the Data of our business partners (investors, subcontractors, counterparties), their employees/associates, Data of third parties, provided to us due to the performance of contracts, as well as Data of other individuals who contact us via phone or e-mail. The following Data may be processed for the purposes of business relations and contact: identification Data, contact details, Data on one’s position and professional qualifications, as well as other Data provided to us during cooperation and contact. The above Data is gathered directly from individuals whom the Data concerns, as well as from other individuals, e.g., their employers/ordering parties. What is the basis and the purpose of processing Data for the purposes of business relations and contact? For the purposes of business relations and contact, the Data is processed for the following purposes:
    1. establishing cooperation;
    2. entering into and performing contracts;
    3. making settlements of contracts;
    4. responding to all enquiries or petitions, maintaining contact/correspondence in that matter;
    5. marketing and making contact as regards other information and services provided by IDE Projekt sp. z o.o.;
    6. protecting against potential claims, also for the purposes of potential lodging of claims.


      The following constitute the basis for the processing of Data by IDE Projekt sp. z o.o.:
    1. necessity to perform a contract or to act before entering into a contract upon a request of a person whom the Data concerns;
    2. fulfilment of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator;
    3. legitimate Administrator’s interest of marketing products and services offered by the Administrator or a third party, making contact, including correspondence, and protection against potential claims.
      Provision of Data is voluntary, yet it may prove necessary in order to enter into or perform contracts, provide an answer to an enquiry, or maintain correspondence.
      How long is the Data processed for the purposes of business relations and contact?
      The Data gathered for the purposes of entering into or performing contracts will be processed for the duration of such contracts, and then until the expiration of a limitation period.
      The Data provided by individuals who contacted IDE Projekt sp. z o.o. will be processed for the period necessary to provide an answer and to maintain potential correspondence, and then until the expiration of a limitation period.
      Who is the recipient of the Data processed for the purposes of business relations and contact?
      The Data we process for the purposes of business relations and contact may be disclosed to other companies belonging to the Erbud Group, our business partners (e.g., investors and subcontractors, as part of cooperation under a given project/investment), and other counterparties who support us in the organisation of our work and with IT and marketing services.

  5. WHICH DATA IS PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSES OF A RECRUITMENT PROCESS?

    As the Administrator, we process the Data provided via any available recruitment channels by individuals who seek employment. We particularly process all Data provided to us in applications and collected during a recruitment process.

    The following Data may be processed for the purposes of a recruitment process (processing of some Data may depend on your consents): identification Data, contact details, educational background, Data on your skills and previous work experience, Data on your professional qualifications, and other Data you provide to us during a recruitment process.

    What is the basis and the purpose of Data processing for the purposes of a recruitment process?

    During the recruitment process, Data is processed for the following purposes:
  1. investigating one’s application and proceeding with a recruitment process, and, if consent is given, for the purposes of future recruitment processes or recruitment processes carried out by the ONDE Group;
  2. protecting against potential claims, also for the purposes of potential lodging of claims.

    Processing of Data by the Administrator is based on binding regulations, particularly on the Labour Code and implementing acts, and in a broader scope than the one stipulated in those regulations and for the purposes of future recruitment processes – on your consent.

    Provision of Data is voluntary, yet it is necessary to proceed with a recruitment process and to establish a potential further cooperation.

    How long is the Data processed for the purposes of a recruitment process?

    The Data will be processed for the purposes outlined above for the duration of a recruitment process or future recruitment processes, and then until the expiration of a limitation period.

    Who is the recipient of the Data processed for the purposes of a recruitment process?

    The Data we process for the purposes of a recruitment process may be disclosed to other companies belonging to the ONDE Group and to those entities who support us in a recruitment process and provide us with IT services.
  1. IS YOUR DATA TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)? Your Data is not transferred outside of the European Economic Area, and should the Data be transferred outside of the EEA in the future, IDE Projekt sp. z o.o. takes appropriate measures to protect your Data, particularly by:
    1. using specific contractual clauses called “standard contractual clauses”, which were approved by the European Commission; or
    2. transferring Data to those countries which the European Commission declared as having sufficient data protection.
      In such a case, you are entitled to obtain a copy of appropriate protection measures.
  2. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS? Applicable and binding regulations grant you the following rights:
    1. you can access your Data, you can also demand their copy;
    2. you can demand their rectification, deletion, or restriction of their processing;
    3. you can object to the processing of your Data;
    4. 4. you can transfer your Data to a different administrator (to the extent in which the basis for Data processing is a necessity to perform a contract or your consent).

      If your Data is processed upon your consent, you can revoke it at any time, with no effect on the legality of the processing of data before your consent was revoked.

      You can always complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

    The administrator of personal data provided in the form is IDE Projekt Sp. z o.o.. Contact with the Administrator biuro@ideprojekt.pl. Your personal data contained in the CV and other application documents will be processed in order to be used in the recruitment process for a given position and in future recruitment processes in order to inform about new job offers. The basis for processing is your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) - you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has been carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
